Biography
Huang Chengxiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yuyao, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1964, and started to work in 1967. Huang is a graduate student and senior economist. Huang held leading positions in the Beijing Foreign Trade Corporation and the Hong Kong Jingtai Corporation Limited, where he served as board chairman until 1993. Until 2003, Huang Chengxiang was a member of the CPC. Since 2003 Huang has been vice-chairman of the 10th CPPCC Beijing Municipal Committee.
