Biography
Li Dingfan, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changsha, Hunan Province. He was born in 1940, and graduated from Huazhong College. Li has held leading positions at the 821 Factory of the China National Nuclear Corporation since the late 1960s, and in the late 1980s he served as vice-minister of the nuclear industry. He became general manager of the China National Nuclear Corporation in 1999.
Li Dingfan joined the Communist Party in 1960.
