Li Qingkui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Dingtao County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1975. He graduated from North China Electric Power University and holds a MBA Degree. He was Deputy General Manager of China Huadian Corporation from 2008 to 2013. Since 2013, he is Chairman of Board of the Directors, China Huadian Corporation.
