Biography Highlight

Li Youcheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jizhou, Hebei province. He was born in 1943, and he is a member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy. He graduated from the physics department of Hebei Normal University, with the major of theoretical physics. Li is a master's of science, professor, and doctoral tutor. Li has spent most of his career at Hebei Normal University, where he served as vice-president until 2002. Consequently, he served as vice-chairman of the CPPCC Hebei provincial committee.
