Biography

Liu Yupu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tai’an City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1949, entered the work force in 1968, and joined the CPC in 1971. From 2003 to 2010, he was Deputy Secretary of CPC Guangdong Provincial Committee. From2008 to 2010, he was Secretary of CPC Shenzhen City Committee of Guangdong Province. He is an Alternate Member of the 17th CPC Central Committee.
