Biography
Nie Bichu, male, Han nationality, is a native of Taoyuan, Hunan Province. He was born in l928, graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics of Beiyang University, and joined the CPC in l948.
Nie has spent his career in the Tianjin area, working as a CPC official in the region, as well as in industry and in local government. He has also been a nenber if the CPC Central Committee, and a delegate to CPC National Congresses.
