Nuerlan Abudumanjin, male, Kazak nationality, is a native of Huocheng, Xinjiang. He was born in 1962, joined the CPC in May 1985 and began to work in July 1985. He graduated from Beijing Normal University, majoring in Ideological Politics with a master's degree.
Nuerlan has had a successful career in the law, serving early in his career as a local judge. He later became president of the People's Court of Gongliu County and the Intermediate People's Court of Yili Prefecture. Nuerlan sits on the standing committee of the China Youth Federation He is served as vice-chairman of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from 2003-2008.
