Biography
Ouyang Zhongmou, male, Han nationality,. He graduated from the Engineering Physics Department of Tsinghua University, and joined the CPC.
Ouyang spent nearly 30 years in the electronics industry as a worker and factory manager. He also was actively involved in the import and export aspect of the industry, working first in factories under the Ministry of Electronics and later as a leader of private firms. He was a member of the 6th CPC Central Committee and of the 10th People's Congress of Haidian District, Bejing. He has won several honors in China and from abroad.
