Biography
Pan Guiyu, female, Han nationality, is a native of Anxing, Hunan Province. She was born in l946, graduated from the Biology Department of Beijing Normal University, and joined the China Association for Promoting Democracy in l984.
Pan has spent her career as a teacher, as a local government official in the Hunan area, and in a number of official positions at the provincial and the national levels in the China Association for Promotiing Democracy. She has also served two terms as Vice-Governor of Hunan.
