Biography
Qian Xiaoqian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Qidong City, Jiangsu Province. He was born in 1955, entered the work force in 1973, and joined the CPC in 1974. Since 2004, he is Vice Director of Office of the CPC Central Committee Publicity and Vice Director of State Council Information Office. Since 2011, he is also Deputy Director, State Internet Information Office. He is a member of the 19th CPC Central Committee.
