Biography
Song Mi, female, Hui nationality, is a native of Fengrun County, Hebei province. She was born in 1944, graduated from the Beijing Hydropower Engineering Institute, and joined the CPC in 1966. She holds the title of senior engineer.
Song Mi has held leading posts at the State Planning Commission and she was elected vice-chairman of the State Electricity Regulatory Commission in 2002.
