Sun Ruibin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Changli County of Hebei Province. He was born in 1959, entered the work force in 1975 and joined the CPC in 1985. From 2008 to 2010, he was Vice Governor of Hebei Province. In August 2010, he was appointed as Secretary of CPC Shijiazhuang City Committee of Hebei Province.
