Biography Highlight

Tao Xihui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yanting County, Sichuan province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1979, and graduated from the Northwest Institute of Technology. He is a senior engineer. Tao began his career at the First Machinery Factory of Zigong city in Sichuan province. He served as mayor of the city from 1992 until 1995, and in 2000 he was elected deputy director of the Standing Committee of the People's Congress of Sichuan Province.
