Teng Weiping, male, Han nationality, is a native of Wenling City, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work force in 1970, graduated from China Medical University in 1976, and joined the China Zhi Gong Party (Public Interest Party) in 1991. From 2002 to 2003, he was President of China Medical University. Since 2003, he is Vice-Governor, Liaoning Province.
