Wang Hanbin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hui'an, Fujian Province. He was born in 1925 and joined the CPC in 1941. He graduated from Southwest Union University in 1946. Wang was a member of the 12th, 13th, and 14th CPC Central Committees and an alternate member of 14th Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee
