Biography

Wang Mingfang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Longjiang County, Heilongjiang Province. He was born in 1952, entered the work and joined the CPC in 1974. From 2002 to 2011, he was Deputy Secretary of CPC Anhui Provincial Committee. He is an Alternate Member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and since March 2011, he is Chairman of CPPCC Anhui Provincial Committee.
