Biography

Wang Ruixiang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Mengyin County, Shandong province. He was born in 1948, attended the Heilongjiang Institute of Communications and the Party school, and joined the CPC.

Wang Ruixiang has held leading positions and Party positions at the Heihe Shipping Services Bureau and the China Highway and Bridge Construction Corporation. Subsequently, he transferred to the Ministry of Communications, where he served as secretary of the CPC discipline inspection committee.
