Biography
Wang Shuguang, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xinxian county, Shandong Province. He was born in 1945, joined the CPC in 1972, and graduated from the Aquatic Product Department of the Ocean University of Qingdao. Wang has been active in the Party committee of his native Xinxian county, and in the early 1990s he served as vice-mayor of Yantai municipality. He served as director of the State Oceanic Administration from 2000-2005.
Wang Shuguang was deputy to the 8th NPC.
