Biography
Wang Taozhi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Luan County, Hebei province. He was born in 1948, joined the CPC in 1973, and graduated from the Harbin Civil Engineering Institute with a specialty in architecture. He is a senior political teacher . Wang served as deputy director of the state planning commission of Harbin province in the early 1990s, and subsequently he transferred to the state planning commission of Heilongjiang province, where he held leading Party and governmental posts. Wang Taozhi is currently vice-president of the CPPCC of Provincial Committee Heilongjiang province.
