Biography
Wang Wanbin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Yangquan County of Shanxi Province. He was born in 1949, entered the work force in 1969 and joined the CPC in 1974. In 1996, he became vice-minister of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. He later became vice-minister of the State Economic and Trade Commission.
He was a member of the 17th and 18th CPC Central Committees and Deputy Secretary-General of the 11th NPC Standing Committee. He is now Deputy Director of the 12th NPC Nationalities Committee.
