Wang Zhifa, male, Han nationality, is a native of Bin County, Heilongjiang Province. He was born in 1953, joined the Army and entered the work force in 1972, and joined the CPC in 1974. From 2001 to 2005, he was Secretary of CPC Party Committee and Political Commissar of PLA Quartermaster University. From 2005 to 2014 he was Deputy Director of National Tourism Administration.
