Wen Dusheng, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zijin, Guangdong Province. He was born in 1937 and joined the CPC in October 1960. Wen has held Party posts in the personnel department of Shanxi Province and in the early 1990s he served as deputy Party secretary of Haikou municipality.
