Xu Tangxian, male, Han nationality, is a native of Tongshan County, Hubei province. He was born in 1954 and joined the CPC in 1986. He holds a doctorate and is a professor at the Zhongnan University of Economics and Law. He currently serves as mayor of Haikou City.
