Biography
Xu Yongqing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jiande, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1938, and joined the CPC in 1956.
Xu has spent his career in the PLA and has served as political commissar of the military district in his native Zhejiang. In 1993, he became a member of the standing committee of the CPC Zhejiang Provincial Committee. Xu Yongqing was a member of the 15th CPC Central Committee.
