Xu Ze, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhaoyuan City, Shandong Province. He was born in 1954, entered the work force and joined the PLA in 1969, and graduated from Zhongshan University in 1982. From 2004 to 2013, he was Deputy Director of liaison Office of Central Government in Macao Affairs Office. Since 2013, he is Deputy Director, Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council.
