Yang Jike, male, Han nationality, is a native of Songjiang, Shanghai. He was born in 1921 and obtained a master's degree from Ohio State University in the USA.
Yang served as vice-governor of Anhui province and subsequently joined the China Zhi Gong Party in 1988. He was vice-chairman of the 9th-10th central committees of the Party. Yang has worked in environmental protection and in the 1990s he served as president of the Central Socialist Academy.
Yang Jike was a member of the standing committee of the 7th-8th NPC.
