Yao Aixing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Zhongwei City, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. He was born in 1962, graduated from Ningxia Agricultural College with a Bachelor Degree and entered the work force in 1984. He graduated from Nanjing Agricultural University with Master Degree in 1989, from Beijing Agricultural University with a Doctorate Degree in 1995. From 2003 to 2008, he was Vice Mayor of Yinchuan City of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region. Since 2008, he is Vice-Chairman, People’s Government, Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.
