Biography

Yu xinrong, male, Han nationality, he is a native of Zhangshu County, Jiangxi Province. He was born in 1959 and joined CPC in 1982. He served Jiangxi Province more than 25 years. He was a member of Jiangxi CPC Provincial Standing Committee and Secretary of Nanchang CPC City Committee in Jiangxi Province. From 2011 to 2012, he was Vice-Governor of Anhui Province

He is an Alternate Member of the 17th CPC Central Committee and in 2012, he became Vice-Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture.
