Biography
Yue Shucang, male, Manchu nationality, is a native of Yingkou, Liaoning province. He was born in 1931, graduated from the Beijing Geological Institute, joined the China Democratic League in 1984, and joined the CPC in 1985.
Yue began his career as a professor at Hefei Polytechnical University, and in 1989 he was awarded as a National Model Worker in educational circles. Yue Shucang served as vice-chairman of the 7th and 8th CPPCC Anhui Provincial Committees.
Yue Shucang was a delegate to the 7th NPC.
