Biography
Zhang Diankui, male, Han nationality, is a native of Sanhe County, Hebei province. He was born in 1954, postgraduated from the Party school of the CPC Central Committee, and joined the CPC in 1974.
In 2003 he served as secretary of the Guangyang District CPC Committee of Langfang City, Hebei province. He served as vice-mayor of Shijiazhuang, Hebei province in 2003.
