Biography
Zhang Huixin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Haimen, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1944, joined the CPC in 1965, and graduated from Shanghai Tongji University in 1962. He is an engineer. Zhang held leading posts in Shanghai, where he served as secretary of the CPC committee until 1993. He was a member of the 15th and deputy secretary of the 16th CPC Central Commission for Discipline.
He is currenttly deputy secretary of the 17th CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection.
