Biography
Zhang Junfang, male, was born on 1956 in Hebei Province, Zhangjiakou City. From 1982-1998, he was a Professor and Deputy Dean of the Tianjin Normal University's Geography Department. He has also served as Deputy Director of the Tianjin Education Bureau and Deputy Chief Executive of Tianjin's Hexi District.
He is a Central Committee member of the China Association for Promoting Democracy, vice-mayor of Tianjin, and Chairman of the Tianjin Municipal Committee of the China Association for Promoting Democracy.
