Zhang Meilan, female, Hani nationality, is a native of Menghai County, Yunnan Province. She was born in 1957, entered the work force in 1975, and graduated from Party School of CPC Central Committee. She graduated from Party School of CPC Central Committee. Zhang served as Member of 10th NPC Standing Committee and Member of 10th NPC Nationalities Committee. Currently, she is a Member of the 11th NPC Standing Committee, Member of the 11th NPC Nationalities Committee andVice-Chairman of the Standing Committee of the CPPCC Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture.
