Zhao Jiancai, male, Han nationality, is a native of Linshu County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1956, entered the work force in 1975, and joined the CPC in 1981. Since 2006, he is Mayor of Zhengzhou City of Henan Province. Since March 2011, he is Vice-Governor of Henan Provincial People’s Government.
