Biography
Zheng Yannong, male, Han nationality, is a native of Beijing. He was born in 1950, and received his master's degree from Northwest Polytechnological University. He has written several papers on the central government that have been published in well known journals at home and abroad. Zheng became executive vice-president of the China International Public Relations Association in 2000.
