Biography
Zhou Kunren, male, Han nationality, is a native of Danyang, Jiangsu province. He was born in 1937, joined the PLA in 1956, and joined the CPC in 1960. He graduated from the Political Academy of the PLA in 1980.
Zhou was promoted to vice admiral in 1993, and promoted to the rank of general of the Navy in 2000. He was a deputy to the NPC, and a member of the 15th CPC Central Committee. He is currenlty Political Commissar of the PLA General Logistics Department and Vice-Chairman of Law Committee of the NPC.
