Zhu Fu xi, male, Han nationality, is a native of Linhai County, Zhejiang Province. He was born in 1955, joined the PLA in 1974, and joined the CPC in 1976. In 2004, he was promoted as Major General, PLA; From 2009 to 2012, he was Major General of Air Force, PLA and served as Director of Political Department of Air Force. From 2011 to 2016, he was promoted as Lieutenant General of Air Force, PLA. Since July 2016, he is General of PLA. From October 2012 to 2016, he was Political Commissar of Chengdu Military Area Command, PLA. Since Feb.2016, he is Political Commissar, Western Theater Command, PLA.
