Zhu Min, male, Han nationality, is a native of Shanghai. He was born in 1951, graduated from Fudan University with a bachelor's degree in 1982, and obtained a master's degree from Princeton University and a doctorate from Johns Hopkins University. Zhu was elected executive assistant president of the Bank of China Ltd. in 2003 and vice-governor of the People's Bank of China in 2009.
