Biography
Li Zibin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Jinxi County, Liaoning province. He was born in 1940, joined the CPC in 1981, and graduated from Tsinghua University. He is a senior engineer. In 2000 Li served as deputy director of the State Development Planning Commission. Currently, he is deputy director of the leading Party group of the Western Region Development, Office of the State Council.
