Lu Zhiming, male, Yi nationality, is a native of Weining, Guizhou province. He was born in 1952, joined the CPC in 1974 and attended the Party school. Lu Zhiming began his career at the CPC Yangjie District Committee in Guizhou, where he served as vice-chairman of the revolutionary committee in the 1970s. Subsequently, he held leading Party posts in Weining county, Dafang county, and Bijie.
Lu Zhiming was a delegate to the 6-8th NPCs, and a delegate to the 15th CPC National Congress. He was elected vice-governor of his native Guizhou province in 2003.
