Xin Changxing, male, Han nationality, is a native of Huimin County, Shandong Province. He was born in 1963, entered the work and joined the CPC in 1986. He graduated from Qufu Normal College with a Bachelor Degree in Education in 1983, from Huazhong Normal University with a Master Degree of Economics.
