Biography
Yu Guilin, male, Han nationality, is a native of Hangzhou City, Zhejiang province. He was born in 1952. Yu served as vice-president and secretary-general of the 8th session of the All China Youth Federation, and as a member of the 9th CPPCC. Subsequently, he was director of the Chinese Overseas Fraternity. Yu Guilin is vice-chairman of the Song Qingling Foundation.
