Biography
Zhang Wei, male, Han nationality, is a native of Xi'an, Shaanxi Province. He was born in 1948, joined the CPC in December, 1974, and graduated from university.
Zhang spent the early part of his career at the Office of Finance and Trade of Shaanxi Province, where he served as deputy director. He also held several Party leadership groups over the years. Zhang later served as deputy commissioner of the Shangluo prefecture before becoming deputy governor of Shaanxi Province
